The public website sets no cookies

Browsing this website, checking dates and sending a request do not set any cookie. There are no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, nothing is loaded from another website, and the site does not keep anything in your browser's storage.

The staff area

One cookie, er_session, is used only in the staff area. It is set when a member of our staff signs in, and never for customers.

• Purpose: it keeps the staff member signed in and protects the staff area from forged requests.
• Duration: it is removed when the staff member signs out, and expires at the end of the staff session in any case.
• Settings: it cannot be read by scripts on the page, is never sent to other websites and, on the live site, is sent only over a secure connection.

This cookie is strictly necessary for the staff area to work, so it does not need consent.

WhatsApp and payment pages

If you continue on WhatsApp, or open the payment link we send you, you leave this website. WhatsApp and the payment provider may use their own cookies under their own policies.

Why there is no cookie banner

UK rules require consent only for cookies that are not strictly necessary. This website uses none of those. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first and the site will ask for your consent.
